History of Aon Baltic
The first insurance brokerage company “Finalas” was established in Lithuania in 1994, which was acquired by Aon Corporation in 2001 and the company was renamed as “Aon Lietuva”. In 2006 another insurance brokerage company “Viralita” was taken over. In 2010, Aon Corporation decided that Aon Latvia and Aon Estonia should be taken over by Aon Lithuania. After the merger of undertakings, the company was renamed as “Aon Baltic”. In 2018, “Aon Baltic” completed the acquisition of insurance broker “Balto Link” and became the largest insurance brokerage company in the Baltic States.
